• Study the contract and develop macro/micro plans for all activities
• Ability to create the project plan using Microsoft project plan
• Work with the team members to set the milestones of the project and identify the critical path
• Follow up on weekly basis on the progress and highlight the risk/issues to the management
• Weekly presentation of project performance and overall status, monitoring the three baselines of scope, time and cost
• Follow up with different project stakeholder to ensure smooth progress and client’s satisfaction
• Manage the Unit Budget and report on monthly basis
• Implementing the 10 areas of knowledge and their processes and tools as per the PMP standard across the 5 project phases
